Excursion Itinerary:

• Hotel Pickup or Designated Meeting Point – (Approx. 7:30 AM): Start your day with hotel pickup and travel one hour by bus to the scenic village of Alto de Chavón.
• Alto de Chavón – (Approx. 1 Hour Tour): Explore this stunning Roman-inspired village built from stone between 1976–1982. Enjoy panoramic views of the Chavón River, visit the amphitheater, walk through the village center, and see the design school and St. Stanislaus Church—famous as the site where Michael Jackson was married. This charming village offers a rich blend of architecture, art, and celebrity history in a breathtaking hillside setting.
• Drive to Bayahibe – (Approx. 40 Minutes): Continue by bus to the coastal town of Bayahibe for the next stage of your adventure.
• Snorkeling at Coral Reef – (Approx. 45 to 1 Hour): Take a short 300-meter boat ride to the reef for a guided snorkeling session in warm turquoise waters, exploring vibrant marine life and coral gardens.
• Return to Shore & Drive to Chicho Cave – (Approx. 10-Minute Boat & Bus Ride): After snorkeling, return to land and head to the start of your cave adventure.
• Chicho Cave Hike & Visit – (Approx. 20 Minutes Hike Each Way): Hike through tropical terrain to explore Chicho Cave, a hidden natural gem with crystal-clear waters inside a cavernous setting.
• Drive to Countryside Ranch – (Approx. 45 Minutes): Enjoy snacks (chips, soda, water, and national drinks) on the bus ride to the ranch.
• Dominican Buffet Lunch – (Approx. 1 Hour): Indulge in one of the best Dominican-style meals around, prepared with local spices and traditional recipes.
