We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled transfer or tour. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
